0600 - 0700 - Group Hike: Start the day with a hike in the wilderness. Grab a coffee, breakfast bar, or just some water and your shoes. We’ll have a moderate hike planned that may or may not take the entire hour to complete.
0700 - 0830 - Breakfast & Welcome: Santiago's burritos & coffee provided by organizers. If you require extra breakfast and coffee, please bring more!
0830 - XXXX - Normal working hours: Please contribute to your working day as you would normally. Code, attend standup, planning meetings, technical discussions, incidents, and whatever else you have on your calendar. This event is designed to enable a full working day from the wilderness, and you should expect this.
1530 - 1600 - Finish up your day & make time to contribute ideas to the open spaces board.
1600 - 1800 - Open Spaces: LoTech format. Whiteboard, sticky notes, markers. Use a mic & stand up on a tailgate to describe your idea. Vote with tickmarks on sticky notes. Open spaces format may or may not include chairs, picnic tables, logs, rugs, trees. Use the spaces provided by nature in memorable settings if possible.
